All the rain and storms over the past few weeks soaked the desert, and now we’ve got a little surprise springing up all around us: Grass!
The Desert turned green!
It’s definitely a change from the tan tones of San Felipe desert! The horsies have been enjoying little walks out to nibble on the fresh green shoots as well! And the grass is not the only greenery – the branches of the ocotillo plants have exploded into bushy, green leaves, desert shrubs and trees are definitely more verdant, and the desert is showing off its colors!
